Usually VRBOs do not allow gatherings. We have negotiated an exception and they are allowing our group to gather at a house, ironically called, “The Gathering Grange”.
The owners have some ground rules. Their main concern is the neighbors, parking and noise. We have spoken with the Village of Lexington and the schools, and they are letting us park on a school playground at the end of the street (Grange) to park. It’s less than 100 yards away from the house. See pic below, please be so kind as to park there when you come to the house, feel free to drop things off, there will likely be folks to help at the house.
UPDATES:
As of Wednesday, October 22 there are over 20 people coming at some point over the weekend. Other than the get-together at the Black Dog Tavern, eveything will be “organic”. About a dozen alums and significant others will be there on Halloween evening. Stop by anytime, just follow the parking guidance above.
